From newsletters and promotions to invoices and receipts - we prefer to communicate with our visitors, customers, coaches and athletes via internet!
Whenever we do print out documents, it is done on demand which means no pre-printed stacks of paper goods are required.
PACKAGING / SHIPPING
While having our logo on shipping supplies sounds like a good marketing idea, we decided to keep things simple.
We use a ready-to-send USPS packaging to ship our products all over the world.
RUNNING SHOES!
When running using the Pose Method, shoes tend to not wear out as much and as fast.
Many Pose runners buy multiple pairs just to enjoy the variety of styles, but they certainly don't throw out as many worn out running shoes as heal-strikers do. Runners save money and help the environment by not contributing to the garbage piles. Needing shoes less, and needing less shoes, runners help keep things in balance by not contributing to the hype of mass production of so many unnecessary running shoes. Some pose runners prefer to run barefoot!
